So, this is what I eat for dinner.....
Fresh Steamed Green Beans w/ Sea Salt and a fresh grilled Lemon/pepper Chicken.
I am still very limited on what I can eat, but this is pretty much all I eat for dinner...sometimes I'll add some fruit.
I think I have mastered the art of grilling chicken...chicken is the only meat I am allowed to consume at this point.
I am on day 27 today of this new diet...Still feeling fantastic, but anxious to eat new foods!
So far the foods that have been added back in are: Eggs and Fresh Tomatoes. It's a start! :)
